CONVENTION HOTEL INFORMATION, COLD WARS

The convention is located at the Lancaster Host Resort & Conference Center (see below) in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA.

Besides the convention hotel, other hotels/motels in the Lancaster area have been contacted to secure blocks of rooms along with group rates for Cold Wars 2010. Thus far at this early date, details have only been arranged with the following hotels/motels (besides the convention hotel) listed below, and thus Highly Recommended (check back for updates). One is within relative walking distance of the convention site while the others are a short drive away. Note that rates listed below do not include 11% tax.

Important: Room blocks will only be secured until February 23rd, so make plans now and book early! When reserving a room with any of the following hotels/motels, you must say that you are with "COLD WARS (March 11-14, 2010)" or give the Group Code below, to ensure you get the group rates.
